Anyone have a leopard wrasse?

I have one on a 40g that is doing great!!! I made sure he would take frozen at the lfs beofre I brought him home and hes been doing great ever since!! he has wiped my tank pretty clean of pods but he takes brine and mysis really well so I think hes going to do fine! I have had him now for about 6 months...he has really become my favorite fish to watch and he stays very active!

i had a black leopard wrasse-- he lived for about 9 months before committing suicide by wandering too close to my bakpak skimmer's powerhead. he was, without a doubt, my most favorite fish of all time. he ate ANYTHING i put into the tank-- mysis, brine... even pellets. i miss that guy.

we had a regular leopard wrasse like the first one pictured, but our 6-line bullied him to death :(. We just acquired a Potters Leopard Wrasse that has spectacular coloration (and as those that follow this forum know, the 6-line is being "moved on" to another reefkeepers tank :)).

Typically they are supposed to only eat the same as a mandarin (pods, etc), but we also have a red tailed tamarin (same supposed diet) that eats just about anything, even flake and pellet food.. since they have a small mouth (like the mandarin) it is funny to see it carrying around this huge pellet like a rubber clowns nose, because all it can do is hold it, it can't eat it until it drops it and picks at it for a while, off away from the other fish. I will try to get a picture of both for you :)

i use to have one of this until he's went over to the overflow.u need sand for them to dive into otherwise they're will have a knot on their head for diving into a barebottom tank.:)
