one pill of the 51-100 lb dose will treat i believe either 350 or 380. you can get it either from most vets (explain them the situation) or you can order it from petmeds. I would reccommend getting it from the vet because then hopefully you can just get the single dose and not have to buy the whole 6-month deal.

before you nuke your tank i would suggest trying this....i am just about done with this method and it appears to be successful, but i wont know fully until i have he corals back in the tank for a while....it looks like more work than nuking the whole tank, because that is what i thought, but believe me, its worth it...
