Anyone have dry "live rock" for cheap?

The new 220 I'm setting up I realize may need more LR than I currently have and I was wondering if anyone has some cheap dry rock they might want to part with.

I heard that some used live rock sold here in AZ is taken from Mexico. I was warned not to use this live rock. Anyone had any experience, or know why not?

That's a good point although I haven't heard about Gulf of CA rock. I guess one thing you can do is ask if someone is breaking down a tank vs. just selling live rock.
