I've seen this unit before, not in person but in a photo here on RC. Can't remember where though. I remember the unit did not have very good reflectors and they sat to far away from the bulbs. I was looking at buying it about a year ago I think, and then found that thread. In the thread the pics were far better than the E-bay one's showing way it was not such a good unit.

A unit with fewer bulbs and better construction will serve you better in the long run than lots of bulbs in a poorly-designed unit. I haven't seen the one you linked, but the standard rule applies: If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
