Buy the book "clownfishes" and it has everything you need to know about clownfish fry, foods, species, etc. etc...
Usually the first batch of eggs is very weak and very small. You should wait until they have done it for a month or so and then you will see the egg count will rise.
Live rotifers are expensive and not very easy to get. You will need to start a culture and have it running for a while to be able to feed the baby fry. Then you need a culture of phytoplankton to feed the rotifer culture. You need food for the phytoplankton aswell. You then need at least 2 rotifer cultures so that if one crashes you will still have food for the baby clownfish fry.
You also need to setup a special tank just for the fry. Black paper around the sides and a white bottom. A small heater with air going around the heater so it doesn't kill the fry. A small light and daily frequent water changes. You also need to feed rotifers a few times a day.
Once you succeed in keeping them past the rotifer stage you then need to get a baby brine shrimp hatchery for feeding...
And the list goes on and on. It is a very time consuming process and it usually takes a year before they are an inch and big enough to sell.
Oh back to the original question. Go to floridaaquafarms website and they have live rotifers and phytoplankton.
