Please dont move this thread to the selling forum, this is a chance for a free clam

i need to go fish only/low light for a while.

i cant get rid of this brown algae: I have tried everything and I give up. My lights need to go off for a long time.

So my crocea needs a new home. He is nice and healthy. He has been in the tank for about one year There hasnt been any new fish added for about a year: the chances of any parasites or Ich is essentially zero.

you just have to deal with the brown algae that is attached to him and the rock: it doesn't come off that easily

if someone is willing to do local pick-up themselves, they can have him for FREE. The work of having him in a separate tank while i get my main tank under control is more than i want to deal with.

I live in Harrisburg PA and have been looking for a clam for awhile if its still available. I would just want to check what kind of lights you have been using. Thanks

I would be more than glad to take him for you. We have a clam now that we have had for over two years and it is doing great, so I am sure we could give your clam a good home. The only reason we dont have another now is I have been looking for one that I was sure was healthy before we introduced it, and it seems as though yours definatley is. Let me know if you still want to get rid of it... we can come down this weekend sometime and get it (We live in Dover, DE so its not to far.)

Thanks

my lighting is efficient so if it works for you I would love to pick it up. Thanks for the info enjoy your vacation.
