anyone know vavau live rock ?

i have 2hrs to come to pick up some live rock here local and i hope i can get some advice please
50bl VAVAU live rock (Cured) for 250dlrs ,,,no Tax ,,
anyone know about VAVAU live rock? are they good?? or any liive rock out there better?? please help thanks

I have never heard of it before. $5 dollars a pound is not that great of a deal.

Never heard of it. Did they say where it was from?? $5 lb isn't a bad price for most live rock from an lfs (in the midwest anyway). I rarely see any type that cheap unless you buy it privately or make it yourself.

Vava'u is the northern group of islands in Tonga. I don't know about BUYING live rock from there, but Vava'u has some of the greatest invertebrate species diversity (not to mention abundance) that I've seen anywhere.
