What sort of features are you looking for? Just about anything can be used as a pico tank I guess. I'm using a 2.5g AGA Minibow with a 20w Coralife 50/50 screw in bulb and having great success.

you can get one like that at Golden Aquarium on Archer. Other than that... ide score a 2.5 gallon all glass tank for $10 at petco if i was you, and set up the test of the stuff myself and save some $
