Buyer Beware
Sorry for being off topic...
I definitely DO NOT recommend Caesar!!!
A little over a year ago I referred a friend (which is not on RC) to Caesar to do a standard 300gal (Caesar came highly recommended by lfs I trusted) Less than 6 months later, the seam started separating at multiple areas. Nothing serious at first, so we figured, as long as it get fixed it wont be a problem.
Well, after weeks of multiple attempts to contact him, he finally responded. At this point the seam were getting very large (at all side of the tank) and becoming a serious problem. Caesar tried to push this issue to partner Adam, which was in out of the state at the time. They gave him the run around and never gave a clear answer on fixing it. At the end, Caesar never fix the tank!
He didn't only not take responsibility, but was extremely rude. He pretty much told him to "@#$" off and had no concern on something he built.
Price is great, tank looked good, but just wait till there's a problem and you will discover the truth...
Well, we didn't take any risk, so we ended up fixing it ourselves and never heard back from either of them.
I'm not the type that will bad mouth a person, but when it hits this close to home, you have say something.
Just something to think about.
As for working with acrylic, its not difficult, but do it responsibly. Do lots of research before doing any tanks. Its no joke when your dealing with tanks/sumps. Your risking possibly injuries and damages.
These guys built my sump here locally.

I personally dealt with Adam, I was told he moved but Cesar is still local. Here's a quick shot of the sump they built for me.
