Anyone order from Reef Radiance?

My daughter and my two sons pooled their money for a gift for me for my birthday. They got me two reef radiance Starfire lights. After a month of not receiving them my daughter contacted them and asked where they were. A week later she got new shipping details saying that a shipment was created (no tracking info given). They still have not gotten here. Anyone have luck receiving merchandise from them? I read on another forum that it can take a month or more to receive items from them.

I had great experience when ordering some custom units form them. Not sure why it's taking so long for your order. Their customer service was nice to deal with. I'm sure they'd provide a tracking number if requested (might spur them to push your order out earlier if supply is tight).

I have two starfires as well. They are notoriously slow and have poor customer service (that's putting it nicely). It took over three months for me to receive my starfires after they promised it would be shipped within a month. The lights are good but I would not do business with them again.
