Anyone order from TBS?

Jsut wanted to hear the experiences of those who got a mantis from TBS. How much and what they're selection are mainly what i wanted to know. Thanks.

I thought anyone who ordered rock from TBS got more mantis than they ever wanted.

WRONG! I got about 60 lbs of liverock and 0 mantis, i bought the one I had. they are about 6$ , when I went there atleast. the only ones I saw, ab out 10-20 of em, were Neogonodactylus WEnnerae

lol, I only bought 8.5lbs from them and had two manits'. One jumped off in the box before the rock was bagged up and the other is about 1/2" long that I'm going to keep.

I ordered the 230 gallon "package" from TBS and only have the first half. I know I have one for sure, and likely more but darn if I can find them other than the signature "click."

My 20 lbs of TBS rock had a mantis - Gordon's happy in his new nano reef all to himself! Great rock, too, btw.

Rock's nice, no doubt...but darn if I can get this Mantis out...heck, can't even find him yet and in a large tank with this rock I'm getting a touch frustrated, I must confess.

I too am USF student. Do you know any store, other than petmart, that I would be able to get a O.S. mantis?
