I never used this bulbs but here's a link. I think they are discontinued.

This guy is here on RC as JB NY. Did a test alote of bulbs with 4 different ballast.

I need 400W mogul base. Does Pheonix make them? i have not been able to find any.

Sorry don't think so. Bart. Radium bulbs are the best 400w I think. I never used them but I've seen popping corals at farms with those bulds on pfo eBallast.
