I just got one of the Finnex DL series T5/LED units. It has the 21 LEDs, and they look great for supplemental lighting. I use them with the T5's, but also as the first stage in the lighting. I dont think they are bright enough to really be used as just actinic, but when used with a pair actinic+ they work great. The moonlight mode, imo, is to bright for "moonlighting".. I also think it is well built and a very nice looking product.
