Is anyone using 250W Megachrome 17500k MH? If so, how do they look? The manu is claiming a 3yr lifespan due to "new" technology. Could this possibly be true? Are they worth the extremely high price tag?
Yes, I tried the bulb. Very bright and very white, no where near 17.5K IMO, more of a 10-12K bulb. I ended up selling the bulbs because I was totally unhappy with the color. I cannot speak for their claim on bulb life though.
