Apex Base Unit won't turn on

I was in the process of installing my new DOS, and accidentally got USBs mixed up as I was trying to daisy chain, and now my base unit is completely offline. Thankfully my fallbacks are defaulted to On, so I'm not completely dead, but I have no control over my system which is less than ideal.

I have removed the DOS completely and replaced the cables to the original configuration, but still no luck.

I'm found this: http://support.neptunesystems.com/su...pex-connection

But I have no lights coming out of the base unit... so it's not getting power. USB is connected to the power bar though, and power bar definitely has power although no lights are on, it's powering multiple devices still.

Any ideas?

Bump... anyone? Going to call Neptune in the morning, I hear their customer service is wonderful (other than not being open on the weekends!)

Something went wrong with my WXM module which affected the whole system. Once it was disconnected, everything went back to normal. Neptune fixed my WXM super quick, and now everything is back to working normally.

If you're having the same issue, I'd suggest disconnecting modules and seeing if it powers back up. If so, should be quick to identify the culprit.
