hello everyone i a having some problem with the firmware update. every time i try it says Login unsuccessful, check user name and password.
everything is good, what can i do?
You can start the update operation and wait until it starts retry connection; then reboot the Apex. When the Apex starts up it runs a boot loader mode that doesn't need UN/PW.
