Apex JR VDM Profiles

I recently purchased a APex JR with a VDM module, and using the following profile:

Intensity

Profile Name: Int_Sunr (sunrise)
Control Type: Ramp
Ramp time (minutes): 240
Start intensity: 0
End intensity: 70

Profile Name: Int_Dayl (mid-day)
Control Type: Ramp
Ramp time (minutes): 1
Start intensity: 70
End intensity: 70

Profile Name: Int_Nigh (sunset)
Control Type: Ramp
Ramp time (minutes): 180
Start intensity: 70
End intensity: 0

LEDColor (light spectrum ramp)
Set OFF
If Time 09:00 to 13:00 Then ColorSun
If Time 13:01 to 17:00 Then ColorDay
If Time 17:01 to 20:00 Then ColorNig

After the time runs out for INt_Nigh, are the lights suppose to completely shut off? For some reason, mine stays blue. I am not sure if this is just a built in moon light? or if this is the Atinic light? Can someone let me know? From my understanding, using this profile should auto turn off all lights right?

I actually changed it up a bit, and it still shows blue after the shut off time. Since I work all day, I want to be able to come home and enjoy my tank, so I timed it so the lights come on at 6 PM PDT and turn off by 2 AM.

Those are the two im running at the moment. Even after 2:01am, the white completely shuts off, but a blue light turns on. The only way I can turn it off, is to turn the master switch off. Any Idea why it shows blue still, and not completely shut off at 2 am?
