Apex Lite Glitching

I received an apex lite a couple days ago. I hooked everything up, got it set up to use the pc to program and to send emails and text. I also flash firmware updates. Everything was working fine (I haven't programmed any outlets yet) I unhooked the temp probe to rearrange some wiring and when i plugged it back in the display started glitching. Display unit started displaying several pages on top of each other, buttons either navigated to the wrong page or is unresponsive at all. I have unplugged the unit, moved aqua bus cables to different ports, and reflashed firmware with no improvement in operation. I went to module config page on pc and deleted eb8 and am unable to get it back (even with a firmware flash). I thought if I delete all the modules and reloaded them it might help, but obviously it didn't. Also before deleting the eb8, i would use the pc to turn an outlet to "on" at all times and it was unresponsive. What to do? I emailed neptune last night and haven't got a response yet and really dont expect one until monday, so I thought someone here may know something I don't.

Surprisingly Neptune emailed me to resolve my issues on a Saturday evening. Here the directions I was given to fix what I had going on. Hopefully this helps someone else with similar issues.

-I'm sorry to hear you are having a little trouble with your new Apex
lite. I can understand how frustrating this can be and I hope to
resolve this matter for you both quickly and efficiently. What are the
status lights on your lite head unit and your EB8? Do you still have
web server access? If so, can you send the results of:
Both of my status LED's were solid green

http://apex/cgi-bin/abdump.cgi
I sent the info on this page to them

Where "apex" is your units internal IP address.

Let me know.

-Remove the display screen and restart the controller. Do you have another USB cable that you could try with the EB8? After removing the display screen send the abdump file again.
I removed display and restarted, I didn't have another USB cable. After boot up, on my pc I was able to see the EB8 again. I then hooked up the display and those issues were resolved also.
