aqua controller firmware update

tried to update the firmware on my ac3 by directly conecting to it via network cable. but its still not working, just curious if you have to do this with the serial cable or am i doing something wrong.

any sugestions appreciated also if some one has the serial cable i could borrow that would be great to

Does not require the serial cable. You should post in the neptune forum, Im sure someone could nail the problem down for you.
