Aqua tech tanks at Wallmart

Does anyone have any experience with the Aqua Tech 5 tanks at wallmart. I received a 40 gift card for fathers day and was thinking of purchasing one. For those not familiar with them they seem to be a Eclipse type clone with the filtration and a light built into the hood. The 5 gallon setup is $40.00. I have been wanting a 5-10 gallon Nano.

Nothing wrong with them AFAIK. If the lighting is incandescent, you can replace the bulbs with screw-in compact fluorescents and would probably have enough light for shrooms and zoas. I imagine you'd want to add a PH in addition to the tiny filter the kit comes with -- kits never come with enough circulation -- but you could probably make a nice little nano with a kit

I think your money would be better spent on a 10gal or 5gal tank and some PHs for it versus that kit. You will have enough left over to pickup the CF screw-ins as well as the sockets plus some jerkey or something
