AquaC EV120 Tuning help

Does anyone use one of these skimmers? If so, I need your help tuning it. I just can't seem to get it right.

i had a ev 180 for a few months until i returned it.i could not get a stable foam out of it.i tried several pumps and spoke to the owner of the company many times and followed his suggestions and still was not happy with it.it would go days without making a drop of skimmate.i dont know if he had changed the injector design after that,he said he was working on a different style injector that he said was better.this was probably 6 years ago or more.

Kind of sounds like my issue exactly... I believe my issue is due to a too low of a bio-load. Do coral create a big bio-load when compared to fish?

I do have a "newer" version of the skimmer so I hope to get it tweaked soon.
