Aquacontroller Jr. and Web support

I installed IIS to hook up my ac jr. to the internet and I followed the directions on the manual, but I'm getting the following error message:

"System Error &H80004015 (-2147467243). The class is configured to run as a security id different from the caller."

I cannot open up Aquanotes to change anything.

What is this error message and what do I need to do?
