AquaController Jr. problems

I just set up a new aquacontroller jr. and DC8 about 1 and a half weeks ago, and it has not worked right ever since I set it up. during the day the lights, metal halides, will randomly turn off, one at a time. The controller wont turn the lights off/on at the right time, and sometimes it just wont turn them off at night. I have erased all of the commands except for the four light commands to see if that changed anything, and it did not. any ideas as to what could be wrong?

i just setup my ACjr....anyone else have any luck with this problem? I changed my modules from channel A to C and it seemed to fix it, not sure if it fixed it for good, but once i made the changes they reacted properly.
