Can the AF system be used with a calcium reactor? Would you just use everything but the calcium?

Yes you can use Aquaforest with a calcium reactor. You'll want to use components A, B, C with the calcium reactor.

You won't use the components 1,2,3 unless you have a very large demand for calcium, Alkalinity and magnesium.

Yes you would basically use everything except for the components 1,2,3. Your using a calcium reactor so this replaces your calcium and alkalinity requirements. You may need to use the magnesium unless you use a product for your calcium reactor that helps with magnesium levels.

Micro nutrients are best determined by doing an ICP-OES test and dose those only according to need.
