Hi Everyone,

I'm new here but not new to reef keeping.
I have had a few reef tanks.

I currently have a 15g mixed reef with an AI Prime. Mostly LPS, birdsnest, stylophora, rics, zoas, 2 clowns, cuc, cleaner shrimp.

I currently use Red Sea Coral Pro with weekly water changes. I use ESV Bionic 2 part and mag for keeping my params in check. I test 1-2 times a week.

I was using Aquavitro Fuel sparingly but was interested in switching over to Aquaforest. I'm hearing and seeing very good things.

I am interested in the following products but I'm not 100% if I need all of them or which to combine...any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd like better colouration and growth. In general looking to provide my tank with all it needs.

Personally the Red Sea + 2 part/mag is all you need and I'd look at other methods to get better color/growth (or just lower your standards )

Do you run an ultra low nutrient system?
What are nitrate/phosphate results?
What are your cal/alk/mag parameters? how stable do you maintain them?
What is your daily consumption rate of those?
Want to show pics of some of the corals you think have bad coloration?

My params are:

sg 35

Ca 420
alk 9
mag 1220
phos 0 (salifert kit)
nitrate 0-5

I feed reef roids 1-2 times a week
fish are fed lightly 1x daily

I never thought my nutrient levels were ultra low, I try to keep nitrates on the lower end and my phos always reads. I have no major algae issues. I've had a few pieces of bubble that i removed. I had a dime size patch of HA but removed that rock and got rid of the HA. I only scrape my glass 1x a week because there's nothing really on it besides coralline.


I have been dosing 2 part and mag every other day. I have to recalculate daily usage as corals have been using up more lately.

I will get some pics with my camera as my cell and the led seems to come out blurry?

So you are using Red Sea Coral Pro and Fuel and Reefroids..
and you think if 3 is good 4 must be better?
