It is rare these days to get what I consider A++ service from anyone, but AI has completely blown me out of the water with their customer service. I had a technical issue with a used Sol White I bought...OK, not so much a technical problem as much as a stupidity one. I dropped it in the tank while doing some maintenance, and fried the logic board. I had planned to upgrade it to a Sol Blue anyway, so I entered a support ticket to ask what the best upgrade path was.
Justin got back to me right away via email, and we have had several conversations over email and the phone regarding their products. He even called me today to tell me that one of the parts in the upgrade kit was out of stock, so they made me one yesterday, and would ship it out today. He also explained a possible mistake in what I ordered, when most companies would have just taken my money and sent out double parts.
