AquaIllumination LED Lighting

I was wondering if I will need to get the 24in. power supply with 2 or the 12in. with 1. Also, would the LED lighting suport clams,anemones,LPS,and Softs? The reason iss because I'm upgrading to the Solana 34 gallon Aquarium.
