I have an aquamedic dosing pump that came with the calcium reactor system. when I plug it in, it tries to turn, but makes it about halfway and then bounces back and tries again. if I dont have the hose in it, it spins as it should. any advice on these? ive never had one? hopefully its not shot. thats what I seem to find. the guy who had this system prior to me did not do any eqpt maintenance.
Oh yea, on a side note, I got he new seals I ordered from Reeflo on wednesday! and they are about 50% less than the other online stores for the parts! got them put in and the dart is back in service under the house. the barracuda is ready to go in the garage. ill likely complete the plumbing on it this next week in my re-do on the sump area. it will be split out so that about 800gph goes to the chiller (when I get it), 1000gph goes thru the tank and the rest thru the skimmer. that MRC will be rocking then.
