Aquapod 12 ???

I just hung my 175 pendant over my Aquapod 12 I'm trying to figure out what bulb to go with since I won't have any atinics over the tank now. Also how high should I keep the light from the top of the water?

Please help

Id go with a 14k, and hang it at least 6-8'' off the water with a fan blowing across the surface
