Aquapod 24 stand?

I just purchased a AP24 w/150HQI and one of there stands. Well the tank and light are nice, but the stand sucks. I knew it was bad but now after assembling it I'm not sure if I even want to use it.

What is everyone else using for a stand?

I used the JBJ stand. I just cut a new top for it to match the AquaPod. I like it much better than the AP stand.

the JBJ stands look nice, Are they actualy pretty stable?

I am in the same boat. After assembling the stand that I bought with the AP24, I wasn't sure at all if I wanted to use it. Doesn't feel like it'll hold. However, I've added 30 lbs of sand and about 20 lbs of LR plus the water to it, and so far no problems in the last two weeks since it's been set up.

Biocube stand under my pod. I love it for storage and stability.

fish like me: I think that it will hold. But I am afraid of someone bumping it and knoking it over, it is in our foyer(sp?)entyway.

ssirishpride: Is the biocube stand the same as the JBJ ?
