Aquapod with MH lighting

Hi All,

I'm thinking of getting the Aquapod with MH lighting. I was wondering if that comes with a glass cover or something. If anyone has pictures of it please post it. I checked through the forums and haven't seen it. Thanks!

Yes it comes with a glass cover. You will want to loose it though my temps are reading @ 84.5 right now with the hose @ 78. I really need to replace the pump with a cooler running pump.

That's what I've been reading all over the boards that I should lose it. Do you have any pictures of it placed over your tank? Can you please post it if you do. Also, can you hand anything on the back the cover on - something like a aquaC remora? I just would like to see what my options are before purchasing it. Thanks!

I'm not familiar with the bulb used on this setup but does it have an integrated UV shield ? If not you may not want to "loose" the glass or you'll be exposing your corals and yourself to harmful UV rays.
