Are your pumps being restricted in any way? Long run, small diameter return, ball valve, etc... ? If not then I too would assume it was a heater issue. I personally would investigate it further by shutting one item off at night and monitoring the temp right before lights on in the morning. If it is the lights, then the tank should be cooled by morning. If you unplug the heater, the tank should cool by morning. If it is a pump, the tank should... you get the point.
