Aquarium Safe paint/epoxy?

I have a plastic container that I would like to make a frag tank.
Only problem is that i dont know where it came from, just that it's durable.

Are there any paints or epoxys that I could use that would seal the container.
(i'm afraid of contaminants leaking out into the water)

Krylon Fusion spray is supposedly reef safe.
