Wow...Chris...seven years and this is your first post? That may be a RC record....

Anyway, Matt would be a great guy for this position. Good luck!

And who in the world is Urban Aquatics? Is it just maintenance? Do you sell livestock? Give up some info...... Ha

Chris ( Urban Aquatics ) has been around forever. He doesn't carry livestock, picks up from the local LFS around town. Stand up guy, I've known him for awhile.

LMAO!

Thanks for your email Chris, glad you found your way back here to RC, but I gotta concur Seven Years and this is your first post.

You should have called it, "Urban Observer"!

I guess you are right guys. 7 years and no posts. The last 7 years have flown by. I guess my passion for this hobby/industry has been re-ignited in the past year and a half. Lots of exciting things going on out there. Too bad Matts schedule isnt going to work. He seems like a great guy.

Well welcome aboard.....but look, you are already up to 3 posts....you will break ten by year end at this pace.....can you tell us about your business? Maybe we can pass it along if we know more about you and a little more detail about your services. Can you teach my hawkfish to play nice with shrimp and not see them as an appetizer, or train my hermits to honor the Ten Commandments and not covet my snail's shell?

Wish I could do it. I've seen many a tank in Memphis that I would love to get my hands on and turn them around

I am not sure mine is one that needs to be "turned around", but maybe tweaked (okay, maybe turned half way around), so if you are bored waiting on that new tank I know one that you could critique...lol :fish1:

Jay send him a full tank shot of your old tank so he will understand what a "tank" is. He just thinks he knows but I am not sure he really does!!! I begged him to go to Chris's and see it but he never did.

J/K buddy...

Jay's critique....."Hey Kerry it is Jay I am on the way to your house." "Could you do me a favor and throw out 98% of those softies before I get there" Ok great see you in a few!!!

I feel like I come across as a snob now.....lol. I'm not really. I'm just excited to get my new tank up and running. Everyone has their own tastes in their reef tank, that's what's so great. We can all have different views, likes, and husbandry. :)

Hey FYI, I have tried to hook up with Chris several times but we haven't been able to hit on the same day. Was going to drop by his house tomorrow on my way back home from Jackson, but he is working as I will be coming through mid day. Ditto last time I came through from South Mississippi a month or so ago, so it is not for not trying. Was also in MS two months ago on the weekend and ditto.

For a newb I am off to a good start and having a good time. I am sure I will never achieve what Jay has accomplished in the past nor will do in the future, but still look forward to seeing his new masterpiece.

Nah....Jabo is a SPS snob, but I just let him ramble. Please note that he pokes fun at anything but SPS, but sells softie frags....go figure?? He is a pain in the a$$....but is still is okay in my book anyway....
