There was a thread yesterday (5/20/08) about AFY going out of business or bankrupt. Either way, at least one person was going to be out equipment and/or cash because of it.

They charged my CC. No cash from me. Luckly I didn't order the tank too long ago, so the CC company was able to refund my money.

It's official. The sent out a money to all customers saying that they were closing their doors.

For those who paid cash or with a debit card... potentially "S-O-L".

For those who paid by credit card... as Typhon said, it's time to call 'em and dispute the charges.

I'm really bummed as my tank was supposed to be delivered this Friday and now I come to find out there is no tank... and never will be :-(

yes I got the bad news today.....we've been waiting for 3 months.....kept putting us off....then stopped answering emails.

Big bucks 400 g tank cabinet hood boucoup lights, pumps.....by credit card.

Hope we get it back. folks @ master card thought so. Hope so too!!! now have to start all over ordering.

Me and my husband are some of the S-O-L people and we have no way of getting anything back and have no clue what were gonna do sonce we cant afford to just order another tank. All our livestock os on a friends tank for 2 months now and we are baffled w/o a clue what to do
