aquascaping assistance

Hello all! I hate to ask for assistance with what a lot would consider an easy task, but I am having some real difficulty getting my rocks arranged and looking good, in addition to good coral placement...

Who's willing to get their hands wet? Would anyone be willing to come over and give me some assistance with getting the rocks set up looking nice, with good caves platforms for corals etc...?

I am free on Saturday and would be truly appreciative if anyone would be willing to stop over and help me get it straightened out so-to-speak? I can have beers and pizza on hand, or soda for the non drinkers...

Let me know if anyone is able to come help, I would be able to make pretty much anytime on Saturday happen.

Thank you in advance.

ughh i was thinking the same thing.. i was just telling my husband the other day.. we need to get a different pair of hands in here.

Yeah, it's killing me. I have tried to re-arrange everything a couple of times, but yet to find a design I am happy with... hopefully with someones extra hands, ideas, and opinions! :D

me too lol mine looked decent til i had to rip it apartto get my clarkii out of it and now it looks like crap again.....aquascaping aint the easiest thing...and especially if ur like me and suck at it...either way GL to ya on it

I just set up my new 75 and I had a hard time aquascaping, mainly because every rock I moved, kicked up new sand, and I couldn't see. But I've found just looking at it, seeing what rocks you have, and the general idea of what you want, and how to fit it together helps a lot. I wanted a lot of caves and ledges for corals, but also open room for fish and a nice sand bed for clams. It took me a couple of tries, but I got it almost the way I like it, just have one more minor change. I would come over saturday but I have work then I am going to the beach for the holiday weekend. Sorry andy, wish I could help, maybe put up a pic of what you have and we might be able to give you ideas, what kind of landscape are you looking for? I like lots of ledges, caves, and open spaces, I don't like stacking rocks so fish can't swim between them like a lot of people do. All my rocks barely touch each other, I make sure there secure, but it opens the tank up and you get more out of your rock. Good luck.
