Aquascaping Ideas

Hi!

I‘m returning to the hobby after a few years hiatus.

I’ve ordered a Red Sea Reefer 300 xl and I’m trying to think about how to aquascape it.

I thought I’d start by using the life rock reef tree, which I think it says takes up about 15-20 inches of the 36 inches width. So, I’m thinking I’ll need something else to go along with it. I could just get some shapes and play with it and see what I like, but anyone have any other thoughts/advice?

Welcome back. I’ve not used the reef tree but they do look nice. Personally, I’d get that and some random rock and just play as you said
