Aquatic Life T5 Issue, how to fix

Hey Folks,

I need your help thinking through this light issue.

I have an Aquatic Life T5 fixture.

Problem:
The middle light does not come on. The 420/460 section.

I press the button, I hear it click off/on but nothing happens.

I have switch bubbles that work in the one side to the other side that does not work and still nuthing.

Where can I get this light fixed?
Can I fix it by myself?

I have a 4 bulb AL fixture on my frag tank and had the same problem...I first though it was a ballast because I changed bulbs and still didn't work, but the ends just needed a good cleaning for better contact and I used some silcone spray to help keep salt away..if that still doesn't work it may need a ballast.
