aragonite sand

I need about 300 pounds of sand for my 240 gallon tank. I have been searching for the tropical play sand but no luck. What is the cheapest way to get enough sand for my tank? I do not like BB.

use play sand from home depot. 50lbs for 5.00 main thing you want to watch for is size of sand

Just like Kau said. Silica sand won't hurt your tank. You can scratch your tank with it, though. It also doesn't provide that "emergency buffer", but that won't matter much.
