i would assume so yes. i have a flame angel and a coral banded shrimp. they never interact with each other.

My Flame Angel has never bothered any invertebrates. I even have some Sexy Shrimp and the angel ignores them.

Yes, especially cleaner shrimps.

My flame didnt have a problem with my fire shrimp.. He would actually swim and the shrimp would follow... Must have been the Red

my coral beauty never bothers my coral banded shrimp, doesnt even give it the time of day attention wise...you should be fine

Large angels? Not so sure. Maybe, especially cleaner shrimp.
My Cherub never bothered a peppermint shrimp that lived with it for about 6 months. That is one of the dwarfs, BTW. They generally are.
But each fish is an individual..
