Are Emperor Angels relatively reef safe?

While they are juveniles they tend to pick at a couple of your corals then one day they tend to snap and munch everything

I have an imperator, blueface, majestic, annularis and french angel. I never get any attacks on my corals. But I do keep any sps corals so I cant speak about those. I do have lps, softies, mushrooms, and polyps. I keep them well feed and that is about it. They are quite peaceful.

The french is a showsize
and the majestic, imperator, and blueface are adults, all about 4in
the annularis is a juvenile.
Corals I have include
Torch, frogspawn,GSP,toadstool leather,brain, finger leather,fiji yellow leather, bubble,mushrooms.. to name a few
No predation on any of these.
I feed the fish to ensure they are well satisfied. I will not ever make a statement that all angels are reefsafe. I am lucky to this point. The fish you get may not want to cooperate with you however, and I can't deny the possibility of an attack on your coral.
Also with large angels you have to really plan your rockwork well as they will need room to swim and hide. If you have millions of pounds of rock the fish will suffer. So certainly plan your aquascaping to reflect this.
Sps corals also tend to be a major target and I dont keep any of those. Clams are also a favorite and sponges.
