are Nudibranchs active in the day? Night? Both?

just curious if i am wasting my time trying to spot them out when the lights are on...

Back when I had my problem with them, I remember seeing them when the lights are on. Look during the middle of the night too using a flashlight, you may find other unwanted creatures too, you'd be surprised.

yeah. i pulled several off when my lights came on the other day. i dipped. no signs of live ones since. i looked for eggs but didn't find any. i am going to dip again in a few days (6 days after last dip).

Mostly at night, but I have seen a few get caught out in the light.

first time i found some was when the lights just came on, however i just found some in the early evening, eye dropper works well for getting them out

UMMM yes it works wonders at killing what you can see......it does nothing for the ones you can't! Dip and dip again for three weeks every six days. Also keep the polyps in QT during that time..good luck
