Have some black spots on the tail of my copperband butterfly. Are these flukes? Treatment options?

Fish is currently in QT. It does act jerky sometimes but I have read that CCB may do this when they exhibit feeding reactions. Otherwise, no. To me it looks possibly like what I have been told is "black ich". I thought black ich was a fluke. I will continue to watch the fish. FYI, the fish is going through tank transfer in QT. It was eating like a pig previously so I gave a dose of prazipro as a preemptive treatment. Immediately went on a hunger strike. On to next round of TT without prazi and it will eat one live black worm and then just look at the rest. Hope it gets its previous appetite back. This is when I noticed the black spots.

Black ich is a turbellarian flatworm and can be treated with praziquantel. These spots look too large to be black ich though. Not sure what they are.
