Are these good new or bad

Hi all
Pretty new to aquariums, after months of struggling with my tank, I finally got it right.
I've now notice I have these growing on the glass and rocks, are they good or a bad sign?
Tanks levels are perfect.

harmless pineapple sponges.

Their colonies will wax and wane depending on the available nutrients.

Thanks for the quick reply, I was panicking because the last time I got them I had ick on my lion fish which I thought was impossible because they were scale free fish.
Hopefully just a coincidence

Yup. Pineapple sponges. My tank was FULL of them when it was brand new. They have died down now and are mostly in the 'fuge in my sump
