Are these good or bad?

What are these sticking out of my zoos and are they good or bad? On close inspection today I noticed they've starting to spread onto the rock also.

They look like clove polyps which are good. They wont hurt anything.

looks pretty cool whatever it is. i am guessing clove polyps too.

Clove polyps as well. Probably not xenia since there is no central stalk or atleast 1 base where it is coming from.
