Are these lights good? 48 Inch 6x54 Watt T5 Aqua Medic Ocean Light Fixture

Has anyone had any experience with these? Need some feed back on this lighting.

What are you looking to keep, and what sized tank?

I'm not familiar with that particular fixture, but I would guess it fits into the lower end of the quality fixtures, similar to the Nova Extreme Pro. Meaning it doesn't have individual reflectors, not sure about the ballast they use, and the bulbs are probably not the best. I'm sure it will works great. I would just be cautious with SPS or clams. I would also look to swap out the bulbs ASAP.
