Are your broodstock tanks on seperate plumbing?

Quaranteen tank is completely seperate.

When I set up a second broodstock tank, I will connect it to the one I already have to decrease workload.

Conventional wisdom is to have 3 seperate systems: broodstock, larval, growout.

as kathy said, generally have the broodstock, larval and growout on seperate systems, due to water quality and feed rate issues.

only real reasons to have broodstock (more specifically clownfish) on different systems would be to create 6 month different temperature cycles to create better consistent spawnings for a year round high production levels, but probably something one would do when they have amny many tanks.

I mean do you have each broodstock on seperate filtration or do you have all your adults on the same system.
