Sorry for the dirty glass and video quality, but for once my angels weren't interrupted by my clownfish tonight.. they do these dances during the last 20 minutes of the light cycle. Usually they spin to the top and the male follows behind the female for about 5 seconds all the way to the top of the water, then darts off.

I bought them as a pair, but if you get two small angels, the more dominate will usually turn male. My male is noticeably larger as well. If you buy two of any centropyge in hopes of pairing, tons of PVC/hiding spots in qt will be necessary until they are paired or tolerable of each other. My male is also more colorful in all of his fins, and his color is a richer blue.
