If it is the short pink thing right above the gravel, it is far too blurry to make out.

Sorry, another is below. It does kind of look like a stomatella from below but had never seen them bury in the sand. You are right though more snail is than worm.

Not sure but I have 4 that I know of, they stay on the glass below the lvl of the sand and they clean the hell out of the glass. I love them. They look like long limpets lol.

It looks more like a chiton to me. Most are harmless algae eaters.
