ASM G-2 or G-3 actual dimensions

I'm looking at the ASM G-2 or G-3 model skimmers.
I wanted to know if anyone has the actual footprint dimensions for these skimmers. The manufacturer lists G-2 (10"x11") and G-3 (11"x12") but I wanted to know if these are the true dimensions and if so, if the footprint of the skimmer could be modified smaller. I'm trying to layout a new sump I'll be setting up.

I just got my G3, and the footprint is slightly smaller than listed by ASM, more like 9"x12" with 23" height. It may depend on your pump configuration as to the actual footprint. I cannot think of how the footprint could be made smaller, as the design seems compact as is. A great skimmer.
